On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Sesretary Rigdon in executing and delivering lease agreement between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, as Lessor, and Virginia Groves, Inc., Lessee (Audit No. 9916), dated July 15, 1938, for term beginning April 1, 1938, and extending to and including March 31, 1944, covering portion of premises of this Company at East Walnut and Pomona Avenues, Fullerton, California, including building, appurtenances, machinery and equipment, for use as citrus packing plant; rental consideration $280.00 per month, payable monthly in advance; said agreement terminating as of April 1, 1938, Contract Audit No. 9896, dated March 18, 1938, between said parties; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
