On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing and delivering letter-agreement, C. L. D. No. 2571, dated June 9, 1939, addressed to Lynch Construction Company, 730 East Gage Avenue, Los Angeles, California, cover ing the furnishing of necessary superintendence, labor, materials, tools and equipment, and making certain alteration in this company's Vegetable Shed No. 3, located at 777 South Mission Road, Los Angeles, California; as consideration the Land Company agreeing to pay: ( a ) A c t u a l c o s t o f l a b o r p a y r o l l , ( b ) A c t u a l c o s t o f m a t e r i a l s , (c) Fifteen percent (15$) of actual cost of labor and materials, ( d ) R e i m b u r s e m e n t o f c o s t o f p e r m i t a n d l i c e n s e f e e s , s a l e s a n d / o r u s e t a x , i f a p p l i c a b l e , p a y r o l l t a x e s a n d i n s u r a n c e p a i d b y C o n t r a c t o r ; total cost to Land Company not to exceed the sum of #650.00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
