    President and Assistant Secretary Higdon in executing and delivering Notice of Assignment, dated April 19, 1939 (C. D. No. 7570-L), signed by Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Citrus Fruit Association of Ontario, addressed to California Fruit Growers Exchange, Los Angeles, California, notifying the Fruit Growers Exchange of said assignment from the Fruit Association to the Land and Water Company; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, the following resolution was unanimously adopted; WHEREAS, on August 15, 1936, Las Vegas Land and Water Company sold the Easterly Half of Block 59, Tract 5357, also known as 947 Fairview Boulevard, in the City of Inglewood, Los Angeles County, California, to Helen M. Bailey for $3,000, receiving in payment $600 in cash and her note for $2,400, secured by Deed of Trust, dated August 15, 1936, between Helen M. Bailey, Trustor, Inglewood Securities Corporation, Ltd., Trustee, and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Beneficiary; and WHEREAS, all sums secured by said Deed of Trust have been paid by present owners, George A. and Grace E. Ryan t THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the action of President in signing and delivering Notice, dated April 19, 1939, addressed to Inglewood Securities Corporation, Ltd., Inglewood, California, notifying it of the payment of all sums secured by said Deed of Trust; said note and
