On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter-agreement, C. L. D. No. 3348, dated November 8, 1940, addressed to J. D. Hendricks, Contractor, 5203 Mt. Royal Drive, Los Angeles, California, covering the furnishing of all necessary superintendence, labor, tools, equipment and transportation arid the making of certain repairs, consisting of removing and replacing fourteen 6” x 12” floor joists and two 6” x 20” beams damaged by dry rot and install­ing concrete blocks under two 12” x 12” posts, replacing posts if necessary, including all shoring, moving and replac­ing pipes and painting, in meat packing house, located at First Street and Mission Road, Los Angeles, California, (leased to The Rath Packing Company under lease Audit No. 9904); consideration - (a) Actual cost of labor payroll, (b) Actual cost of materials and drayage, (c) 10$ of actual cost of labor, materials and drayage, (d) Reimbursement of cost of permits, fees, sales, use and payroll taxes, and insurance paid by Contractor, but not exceeding the sum of §400.00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Requests, approved by the President, were submitted for ratification: A. F. E. No. 3-1 (W. 0.
