RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter-agreement, C. L. D. No. 3200, dated July 30, 1940, granting permission to Peter Strattes to use as residence site a portion of Lot 19, and to use for agricultural purposes only, 12.4 acres in Lots 21 and 22, in Los Angeles Fruitland Association 500-Acre Tract, Los Angeles County, California, for period of six months, commencing July 1, 1940; rental $310 for the term, payable in advance; subject to termination by this company on thirty days' notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing rider, dated August 8, 1940, extending from August 31, 1940, to August 31, 1941, term of letter-agreement Audit No. 10033 with H. Simpson, covering permission to use for agricultural purposes only certain land of this company, located in Tract No. 7207, near East Los Angeles, California, expiring August 31, 1940; rental for the term $35, payable on or before June- 30, 1941; subject to cancellation by this company on thirty days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. - 1 7 -
