L. D. No* 3127, dated June 13, 1940/ with Anaheim Community Growers, Inc., covering said change of rental to be paid under terms of lease Audit No. 9934; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing rider C. L* D. Noi 3145, dated June 14, 1940, extending to and including July 16, 1941, term of letter-agreement, Audit No. 9995, addressed to Mrs. Florence Johnson, dated July 15, 1939, expiring July 16, 1940, covering lease of dwelling house, located at 17 South 4th Avenue, Arcadia, California; consideration $18.00 per month; subject to termination by either party upon 30 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing rider, C. L. D. No. 3155, dated June 21, 1940, extending from July 21, 1940, to and including July 20, 1941, term of license agreement, Audit No. 10003, with State Relief Administration, granting license to use certain vacant lots lying between Indiana Avenue and Esperanza Street, in Union Pacific Tract and Tract No. 8337, Los Angeles, California, for the purpose of employing relief workers in growing of vegetables thereon; subject to termination by Licensor upon thirty days’ written notice; be, and the same - 13-
