> and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Owner, covering the construction by Contractor (for sale by Owner to Val Vita Pood Products, Inc.) of a warehouse and cannery building, containing approximately 120,800 square feet of floor space, of wood frame, galvanized iron construction, with concrete floor, and including all incidental work, located at intersection of North Brookhurst Avenue and Moore Avenue in the City of Puller-ton, California; consideration $146,539,87; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Matthai in executing grant deed, C. D. No. 25552-A, dated May 17, 1941, conveying to Pabst Sales Company Lots 88 and 89,' Tract No. 5301, located in the City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 122, pages 53, 54 and 55 of Maps, records of said County; subject to second installment of taxes for year 1940-1941, and to coal, oil and mineral reservation; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
