1943, between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and Union Pacific Railroad Company, Lessor, and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessee, covering lease of garage site, located at 3rd and Vine Sts,, Riverside, California (under lease to Hillside Citrus Company, Inc.); rental $7.05 per annum, payable in advance; subject to termination by Lessor upon thirty days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing on behalf of this company, agreement C. L. D. 3968, dated January 3, 1942, consenting to assignment by Fred W. Krinard and R. G, Krinard, Co-partners, and Hillside Citrus Co., Inc., collectively called Assignor, to Fred W, Krinard and R. G. Krinard, Co-partners, collectively called Assignee, lease agreement, Audit 10105, dated November 1, 1940, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Assignor, covering certain land and a packing house and its appurtenances, located at 4th and Vine Streets, Riverside, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter-agreement, C.L.D.
