    by Contractor of 53 dwellings within said Tract and certain other conditions, to pay Contractor actual cost of labor and material used in laying and constructing said water mains, laterals and service lines, but not exceeding the sum of $4,350.; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing on.behalf of Las Vegas Land and Water Company consent to assignment, dated July 16, 1942, by Nettie Wittwer, Administratrix of the Estate of Albert Wittwer, Deceased, to W. T, Stewart, of lease agreement, Contract Audit No. 9076 (dated September 1, 1933, expiring August 31, 1943), between Las Vegas Land and YYater Company, Lessor, and Albert Wittwer, Lessee, covering Las Vegas Ranch at Las Vegas, Nevada, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the following amounts are re-appropriat­ed for expenditure during year 1942 to complete projects here­tofore authorized, involving capital expenditures; $19,757.08 for items costing $1000 or more, as shown on Carry-Over Statement as of December 31, 1941; 61.00 for items costing less than $1000, as shown on Carry-Over Statement as of December 31, 1941; 3,459.52 for drilling oil well and construction of oil handling facilities at Wilmington, California, originally authorized by APE No. 5, April 6, 1937. Following Authority for Expenditure Requests, approved by the President, were submitted for ratification* -23-
