Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Welbilt Appliance Corpora­tion, Lessee, dated March 51, 1941, expiring March 31, 1942,. covering site for platform and driveway, located near Myers and Seventh Streets, Los Angeles, California; rental $40 per annum, payable annually in advance; subject to termina­tion by Lessor on 10 days’ written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter-agreement, C. L. D, Ho. 4027, dated March 5, 1942, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Walter McCall, Las Vegas, Nevada, extending to May 15, 1942, term of C. A. No. 9805 (dated March 1, 1937, expiring February 28, 1942) between said parties, under which said Walter McCall is occupying Lots 9 and 10, Block 24, Clark's Las Vegas Townsite, Las Vegas., Nevada, on which is located 5-room house, being No. 617 South Second Street, as lessee with privilege of purchase, in order that said lessee may complete the con­tract in manner contemplated; balance due on principal as of February 28, 1942, being $90.96, including interest; lessee to continue making monthly payments of $45.00 until all payments are completed; be, and the same is hereby, ratif ied,. approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing agreement, N.L.D. No. 822, dated March 17, 1942, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, called "Company”, and G. J. B. Land and Water Company, called - 1 1 -
