    v a n d confirmed. RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing highway easement, C. D. No. 27483, dated March 26, 1943, granted by Las Vegas Land and Water Company to City of Long Beach, California, for the construction and maintenance of embankment slope upon and across portions of Lots 24 and 25 in Block 1 of Ocean Park Ad­dition, Long Beach, in connection with the improvement of Ocean Blvd. bridge across County Flood Control Channel; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of' Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing agreement* "N"L.D. 979, dated March 27, 1943, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, called "Company”, and Francis D* Griffin, Norman K. Winston, Rosita Winston, Thomas A. Oakey and Thomas H. Lewis, Co-partners, doing business under the flame of Huntridge Dev­elopment Company, called "Contractor", covering the construc­tion and laying of approximately 8400 ft. of cast iron water mains, laterals and service lines to and within Huntridge Sub­division Tract 4, Las Vegas, Nevada, connecting same to this Company’s water mains in Maryland Drive, at approximate cost of $22,502.87; Company, upon completion of construction of at least 168 dwelling houses in said Huntridge Subdivision Tract 4 and certain other conditions, to pay to Contractor the actual cost of labor and material used in constructing and laying said water mains, laterals and service lines, ,but not exceeding the On motion duly seconded, it was -5-
