No. 5075, dated November 15, 1943, terminating as of October 5, 1943, lease Audit No. A-49540, dated December 23, 1939, expiring October 31, 1944, between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and Union Pacific Railroad Company, collectively called ''Lessor1*, and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, called "Lessee”, covering site for fruit packing house, located near First and Eleanor Sts., Pomona, Calif.; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Requests, approved by the President, were submitted for ratification: W.O. #S-1, issued Nov. 26, 1943; Riverside, Calif.; install elevated orange storage bin with conveyor in packing house, located at 3rd and Vine . Sts., leased to Hillside Citrus Co., Inc. Total estimated expenditure, $2700; Deferred Collections on Sales of Real Estate, $2700. A.F.E. #9 (W.O. #476), issued Oct. 24, 1943; Las Vegas, Nev.; for value of 548 ft. of track constructed on property along Main Street and north of Bonanza Road, required to provide trackage to property line of land sold to R. E. Griffith, Hotels El Rancho, Inc. Total estimated expenditure $1784, chargeable to Property Investments. A.F.E. #10 (W.O. #477), issued Oct. 21, 1943; Los Angeles, California; construct canopy over platform along Myers Street side of warehouse and enclose platform between warehouse and Shed "D”, leased to Western Transportation Co.
