Carlone, Lessee, covering west 50 feet of Lot 1, Block 2, Las Vegas, Nevada, together with building thereon; rental |40 per month, payable in advance; subject to termination by Lessor upon 90 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing quitclaim deed, LVL&WCo. Land Sold Deed Audit No. 4614, dated January 11, 1944, from Las Vegas Land and Water Company to Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, conveying two parcels of land, located be tween 3rd and 4th Streets on Vine Street, Riverside, Calif­ornia, heretofore conveyed to Land Company by said Railroad Company in 1931 and 1938, comprising a portion of the area under contract of sale Audit No. 10261, dated November 15, 1943, by Land Company to Fred W. Krinard and Russell G. Krin-ard, Copartners; consideration filO.OO and other good and valu­able consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, ap­proved and confirmed.
