Hepworth, husband and wife, conveying Lot 22, Block 4 of Tract No. 1867, Yermo, California; t subject to: Second installment of general and special taxes for the fiscal y„ear 1945-1944, in­cluding any special district levies, pay­ment for which is included therein and collected therewith; Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; excepting and reserving to Land Company all coal, oil and other mineral rights; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing License, dated April 10, 1944, Audit No. 10273, by Las Vegas Land and Water Company, called "Licensor”, to The United States of America, called "Government”, granting to Government and its representatives, contractors, agents or servants, license and permission to enter into and upon ap­proximately 25 acres lying westerly of Bonnie Beach Street and northerly of the south line of the prolongation of Noakes Street, in the County of Los Angeles, California, for the purpose of con­structing a Federal Public Housing Authority housing project; excepting and reserving to Licensor all coal, oil and other min­eral rights; term of said license 120 days, beginning April 10, 1944; consideration $1.00 and other Valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and Confirmed.
