An easement for roadway purposes only in common with the use thereof by said Hillside Citrus . Company, Inc. for like purposes, upon, along and across a strip of land 30.16 feet in width, being that portion of the above described parcel lying southwesterly of and adjoining the northeasterly line of said parcel of land; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider CLD No. 5833, dated September 21, 1944, extending to September 30, 1946, term of lease agreement, Audit No. 10192, dated March 31, 1942, expiring September 30, 1944, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Jack Dinno, Lessee, covering ground floor storeroom at 428 West 6th Street, Los Angeles, Calif,, together with mezzanine floor located there in; rental *7% of gross receipts, but not less than $400 per month; said premises to be used for the purpose of merchant tailoring and haberdashery; be, and the same is hereby, ratified approved and confirmed.
