No. 5726, dated July 5, 1944, extend­ing to July 31, 1949, term of lease Audit No. 9989, dated July 21., JLSL59, expiring July 31, 1944, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and California Walnut Growers Association, Lessee, covering Vegetable Sheds Nos. 1 and 2, Los Angeles, Cal­ifornia, to be used for storage, packing and shipping of walnuts; consideration $2600 per annum, payable monthly in advance; sub­ject to termination by either party upon sixty days ' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and con­firmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing grant deed, Audit No. 4678, dated September 16, 1944, conveying to Hillside Citrus Company, Inc. a parcel of land, being a portion of Block 2, Range 1, City of Riverside, California; also granting unto said Hillside Citrus Company, Inc. an easement for roadway purposes only, in common with the use thereof by LVL&WCo. for like pur­poses, upon, along and across a strip of land 30.16 feet in width lying northeasterly of and adjoining the northeasterly line of said parcel of land; subject to: General and special taxes for the fiscal year 1944-1945, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected therewith; Conditions, restrictions, reservations, ease­ments and encumbrances of record; excepting and reserving to LVL&WCo.: Any and all coal, oil and other mineral rights; -2-
