On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider, C.L.D. 5962, dated December 1, 1944, terminating, effective November 50, 1944, lease Audit No. 10237, dated March 1, 1943, expiring February 28, 1945, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and San Diego Fruit & Produce Company, Lessee, covering northerly 40 ft. of Vegetable Shed No. 3, Los Angeles, California, used for storing, packing and shipping of produce and seeds; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider, C.L.D. No. 5985, dated December 5, 1944, extending to December 31, 1945, term of agreement, Audit No. 10267, dated January 3, 1944, expiring December 31, 1944, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, called ’’Land Company", and O'Keefe & Merritt Co., called "Licensee”, granting permission to use two parcels of land at Olympic Blvd. and Calzona Street, Los Angeles, California, for parking purposes; subject to termination at any time by Land Company upon ten days' written notice to Licensor; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
