^ RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing on behalf of Las Vegas Land and Water Company grant deed LS Audit No. 4736, dated March 23, 1945, conveying to O ’Keefe & Merritt Co. Lots 80 to 87, both inclusive, in Union Pacific Tract, Los Angeles, California; subject to: 1 - General, and special taxes for second installment of the year 1944-1945, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected therewith. . 2 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; excepting and reserving unto LVL&WCo. all minerals, oil and gas and rights thereto, with right of entry on Lot 84 and the south half of Lot 83; consideration $10 and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
