    RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing license agreement C.L.D. 6195, dated February 23, 1945, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, called "Land Company", and Lomita Gasoline Company, called "Licensee", covering 6" pipe line crossing of our right-of-way, near 27th Street and California Avenue, Signal Hill, California, for the conveyance of wet gas; consideration $10.00; said license being subject to revocation by Land Company upon 60 days* written notice; also subject to terms of agreement between LA&SLRRCo. and Pan American Petroleum Com­pany, dated July 12, 1923 (Land Company’s Audit Ho. A-4292), covering lease of said property for the purpose of prospecting and drilling for oil and gas; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider, C.L.D. No. 6157, dated March 3, 1945, extending to March 15, 1948, term of lease agreement, Audit No. A-44304, between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and its Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, Lessor, and H. F. Hennigar, Lessee, (assigned December 16, 1937, to Las Vegas Land and Water Company) dated March 12, 1936, expiring March 15, 1945, covering site for drive-in lunch stand, located at Ocean Blvd. and Lime Avenue, Long Beach, California; rental of gross receipts with $100 minimum per month; subject to termination by Lessor on 90 days’ written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, ap­proved and confirmed.
