On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider, NLD 1182, dated December 1, 1944, terminating effective December 1, 1944, lease agreement, Audit No. 6539, dated November 1, 1927, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and J. 0. Haynie, Lessee, covering location on North Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, used as junk yard site (said lease having been assigned under Audit No. 6539-2, dated October 8, 1929, by said J. 0. Haynie to B. Bernstein, and under Audit No. 6539-3, dated February 14, 1938, by B. Bernstein to Harry Mack); be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider, G.L.D. 6315, dated March 23, 1945, extending to and including April 8, 1950, term of agreement, Audit 7824, dated April 9, 1930, expiring April 8, 1945, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Interstate Telegraph Company, granting license for telephone pole line, located at Yermo, California; subject to removal by said Interstate Telegraph Company of said pole line upon 30 days’ written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
