Ledger Value of Property Retired and Not to be Replaced Creditable to Real Estate Sold, $14,732; Sale price of land, $18,579; Profit on Sales of Real Estate-Credit, $3,847; Estimated cost of re­moval of property retired chargeable to O.E., $102; Profit on Sales of Real Estate-Debit, $102. A.F.E. No. 3 (W.O. #522), issued June 5, 1945; Las Vegas, Nev.; construct 270 ft. of 8" and 2300 ft. of 6" water lines to servo Charleston Square Subdivision located in vicinity of 15th Street and Charleston Blvd. Total estimated expenditure, $6,509, chargeable to In­vestment in Water System. Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President in approving the aforementioned Work Orders be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
