1 - Second installment of General and special taxes for the fiscal year 1944-1945, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected therewith. 2 - Conditions, limitations, restrictions, reservations and encumbrances of record. 3 - An easement for street purposes granted the City of Anaheim by .deed recorded in Book 1294, Page 110, Official Records of Orange County, California; purchase price, $>27,500.00, payable as follows: Down payment of $4,125.00 upon delivery of grant deed; balance of $23,375.00, with interest from January 1, 1945, at 4$ per annum upon deferred payments, payable in 180 equal monthly installments of $172.87 each on the first day of each month, beginning February 1, 1945, and continuing until said principal sum and the interest thereon have been fully paid; Purchaser to deliver to this Company, at time of delivery to Purchaser of said grant deed, a promissory note secured by trust deed upon the purchase parcel, providing for the payment of said balance of purchase price; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary Bachman on behalf of this Company in executing Deed LS Audit No. 4726, dated January 31, 1945, in favor of Durham Corporation, conveying Lots 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 in Union Pacific Tract, Los Angeles, Calif., except the northerly 50 ft. of said Lot 11; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; subject to: 1 - General and special taxes for the second installment of the year 1944-1945, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected therewith; 2 - Conditions, restrictions, covenants, reservations, easements, rights and rights of way of record; -2-
