    General and special taxes for the fiscal year 1945-1946, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and col­lected therewith, and Conditions, restrictions, reservations, ease­ments and encumbrances of record; said agreement also granting unto Purchaser three-year option commencing July 20, 1945, to purchase for the sum of $10,620 the South 50 ft. of Lot 65 and all of Lot 66, in said Union Pacific Tract, excepting therefrom all minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong on behalf of this Company in executing Agreement CLD No. 6567, dated July 31, 1945, Consent to Assignment of Agreement CA No. 8632, dated April 11, 1932, between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company (assigned by LA&SLRRCo. to Las Vegas Land and Water Company by CA No. 8632-1, dated Dec, 16, 1937) and R. R. Bush, an individ­ual doing business under the fictitious firm name and style of R. R. Bush Oil Company, Licensee, granting license for an oil pipe line crossing in vicinity of 28th Street and California Avenue, Long Beach, Calif., subject to revocation on 60 days' notice to Licensee, to General Petroleum Corporation of California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing LS Deed Audit No. 4759, dated August 6, 1945, conveying to Edwin C.
