M., Tuesday, September 11, 1945. Absent:' W. M. Jeffers Vice President Strong called to order and presided over the meeting. Minutes of meeting of Board of Directors, held August 16, 1945, were read and approved. behalf of this Company in executing Agreement, C.A. No. 10324, dated July 20, 1945, with Edwin C. Jaeger, Leo V/. Powers and Richard K. Branch, copartners doing business under the firm name ahd style of Jaeger, Powers and Branch, called "Purchaser", covering the sale of Lots 63 and 64 and North 50 feet of Lot 65, in Union Pacific Tract, Los Angeles, Calif.; consideration §17,700, payable in full by Purchaser upon receipt by it of policy of title insurance and deed conveying said property to Purchaser; said deed excepting all minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; subject to: Present: Frank Strong Wm.
