\ On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider C.L.D. No. 6841, dated November 2,, 1945, extend­ing to November 30, 1950, term of lease agreement Audit No. 9923, dated August 5, 1938, expiring November 30, 1945, with Mutual Orange Distributors (assigned December 31, 1943, to Riverside Citrus Association), covering packing house, appurtenances, machin­ery and equipment, located at Prospect and Penrose Avenues, River­side, Calif.; rental |;159.65 per month, payable monthly in ad­vance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirm­ed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing agreement N.L.D. 1435b, dated December 10, 1945, between LVL&WCo., called “Company”, and Mastercraft Homes, Inc., called '’Subdivider”, providing for; 1 - Construction by Company of approximately 2,570 ft. of water mains to serve Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Charleston Square • Tract 1, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2 - Subdivider to deposit ^6,509.00 to cover estimated cost of water lines, and in event actual co3t is more or less than v6,509.00, Subdivider to pay excess or be refunded difference as case may be; 3 - Subdivider to be refunded cost of mains at rate of 50% of monthly revenue received from customers in Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 taking water from said mains during period of ten years from date of completion, or until actual cost repaid, whichever event occurs first; -3-
