An unrecorded easement for an electric power transmission line across the rear of said lot granted y LVL&WCo. to Southern Sierra Power Company on April 1, 1928; excepting and reserving to this Company .all minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; consideration £l0 and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter agreement, N.L.D. 1514, dated February 14, 1946, with Nevada Construction Co., Las Vegas, Nevada, covering the laying of 1550 ft. of cast iron water mains, to serve Block 5, Tract 3, and Block 4, Tract 4, Boulder Dam Homesite Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $1550, plus actual cost of premium on Surety Bond and premium on Public Liability insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
