N Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and Union Pacific Railroad Company, collectively called Lessor, and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessee, covering 16,325 sq. ft. of land, located near 5th and Anderson Sts., Los Angeles, Calif, (leased to International Forwarding Company undor LVL&WCo. C.A. No. 10153, to be used for the handling of merchandise shipments), for term beginning October 1, 1941, and extending to January 1, 1948; rental $457.10 per annum, payable annually in advance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider CLD No. 5784, dated Aug. 5, 1944, extending to Sept. 30, 1945, tern of agreement Audit No. 10258, dated Oct. 1, 1943, between LVL&WCo., Lessor, and V-0 Milling Company, Lessee, expiring September 30, 1944, covering lease of site for storage and repair of trucks, Los Angeles, Calif.; rental $50 per annum, payable annually in advance; subject to termination by either party upon 30 days’ written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing "Release of Assignment of Coverage Under Mutual Indemnity Compact", addressed to California Fruit Growers Exchange, Los Angeles, California, dated June 12, 1945, advising said Exchange that debt of A.
