    $>2500, in this Company’s packing house, located at San Antonio Ave. and State Street, Ontario, Calif.; said elevator and sweat rooms to he the property of Lessor; Lessee, upon completion of the work, to deliver to Lessor promissory note in amount equal to the cost of the work, payable in 10 equal annual installments with interest at 4% per annum upon unpaid principal; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, the following resolution was unanimously adopted: WHEREAS, under C.A. 9964, dated December 21, 1958, this Company leased to Citrus Fruit Association of Ontario for term of ten years commencing Dec. 12, 1938, with option to purchase, certain real property, together with citrus fruit packing house located thereon, situated at San Antonio Ave. and State Street, Ontario, California, which lease was assigned November 9, 1939, by said Citrus Fruit Association to Citrus Fruit Growers, Inc. under C.A. 9964-2; and WflEREAS, under agreement C.A. 9964-3, dated April 18, 1940, this Company installed an elevator and sweat rooms in said packing house, and it was agreed that same should become part of the leased premises; cost of said elevator and sweat rooms to be paid by Citrus Fruit Growers, Inc. by promissory note, payable to LVL&WCo. in ten equal annual installments, together with interest on unpaid principal at rate of 4% per annum; and WHEREAS, under C.A. 9964-4, said Citrus Fruit Growers, Inc. assigned all its right, title and interest in said lease to A. J. Neilson, Gilbert I. Benson, Dorothy Neilson and Madge M. V -2-
