No. 4849, dated December 6, 1946, quitclaiming to LA&SLRRCo. portions of Lots 6 and 7 in Block 109, Villa Plots, South Side Tract, near San Antonio Ave. and State Street, Ontario, California; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing agreement, dated December 18, 1946, between LVL&ilCo. and Otis Elevator Company, covering maintenance of one sidewalk elevator, located in Union Pacific Building, 422 West Sixth Street, Los Angeles, Calif., from February 1, 1947, until said agreement is terminated by thirty days' written notice by either party thereto; consideration $11.15 per month, payable monthly, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing lease C.L.D. No. 7753, dated December 18, 1946, with T. R. Sorensen Terminal Co., a copartnership consisting of T. R. Sorensen, Mabel A. Sorensen and T. R. Sorensen, Jr., covering an area of approximately 13,230 sq. ft., together v/ith enclosed frame platform and adjacent paved area thereon, for use in connection v/ith warehouse and offices for the handling of consolidated car shipments, located on Mission Road, between 4th and 5th Streets, Los Angeles, Calif.; term commencing December 19, 1946, and expiring November 30, 1948; rental $93.68 per month, payable monthly in advance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. \ -3-
