    \ 3 - Company to own said water main; 4 - Subdivider to furnish necessary easements where said water main is to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing agreement NLD 1796, dated March 12, 1947, between LVL&WCo., called "Company", and Bonanza Lodge, called "Subdivider", providing for; 1 - Subdivider to pay to Company §4,570.00, being estimated cost of 1400 ft. of 6" cast iron pipe, commencing at a connection with exist­ing main at 17th Street, Las Vegas, Nevada; thence easterly 770 ft. to Bruce Street; thence northerly 190 ft. to Fremont Ave.; thence easter­ly 440 ft. to Bonanza Lodge; 2 - Company to refund to Subdivider 5 0 % of monthly revenue received by Company from customers along said main taking water therefrom for period of 10 years from date of completion of said in­stallation, or until Subdivider has been repaid the sum of §4,570.00; 3 - Company to own said water main; 4 - Subdivider to furnish necessary easements where said water main is to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Guild in executing rider, C.L.D. No. 1802, dated March 14, 1947, terminat­ing effective March 14, 1947, agreement Audit No. 10389, dated December 2, 1946, with Dow L. Bonnell, Jr. and Benjamin C. Charles, a partnership, Lessee, (assigned Jan. 17, 1947, by Lessee to Nevada -3-
