    V granted with respect to that portion of said pipe line located in Lot 12, American Colony Tract, being terminated; said license be­ing revocable upon 60 days 1 written notice by Land Company; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider, N.L.D. 1899, dated June 27, 1947, extending to June 30, 1952, term of agreement, Audit, 8727,'dated September 15, 1932, expiring June 30, 1947, between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Rail­road Company and its Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, and Las Vegas Land and Vinter Company, covering license granted Land Company tQ maintain and operate certain pipe lines owned by Land Company, located along and across Railroad Company property at Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration bl.OO; said 1I.L.I). 1899 amending agreement Audit 8727 to provide for termination upon thirty days 1 written notice of either party; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Asst. Secre­tary Bachman in executing Consent to Assignment, dated July 21, 1947, consenting and agreeing to assignment by Simon & Lyman 6th St. Corp., Inc. to Midtown Catering Company of lease, dated Oct. 4, 1945 (C.A. 10337), between LVL&UCo., Lessor, and Simon & Lyman 6th St. Corp., Inc., Lessee, covering premises for use as restaur­ant at 424-426 West 6th Street, Los Angeles, Calif., as supplement­ed and amended by agreement dated April 29, 1947, (C.L.b. 7929); be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. -8-
