Mr. Guild Mr. Strong #2 January 7, 1942 that It was not up to us to diotato where the houses would toe located, as this was something that would hare to be decided by either Government officials or magnesium plant officials. That we had previously advised all concerned that we were in a position to furnish water for 600 additional homes right now; and that arrangements were now under way to produce sufficient water for a maxturn of 1300 additional homes; and that If it was anticipated even more homes would materialise we would have a study made by our geologist of the possibility of developing additional water from the underground channel. 1 shall be glad to discuss this matter with you on the telephone tomorrow and will appreciate the benefit of your advice in making response to the mayor.
