\ Macco Corporation; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider C.L.D. Wo. 10219-3, dated September 111 1952, extending to October 31, 1954, term of lease agreement Audit Wo. 10511, dated August 22, 1949, expiring October 31, 1952, covering automobile parking and storage site, located at Signal Hill, Calif., with Signal Pipe Line Corp., rental $190 per annum, payable annually in advance; subject to termination by either party upon thirty days' written notice; said lease having been assigned December 31, 1949, by Signal Pipe Line Corp. to Macco Corporation; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing deed, Audit Wo. 5193, dated October 6, 1952, conveying to Main Auto Parts & Metals, Inc. a parcel of land, 100 ft. x 140 ft. in size, near Mesquite Ave. and Main Street, Las Vegas, Wevada, subject to; (a) State, County and City taxes for the year 1952; (b) Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; excepting and reserving to LVL&WCo.; FIRST; All minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; SECOWD; A H water and water rights appurtenant to the lands thereby conveyed; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; -4- ?
