    4 - Subdivider to furnish necessary easements where said water main is to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter agreement ,,N ,,LD 2018, dated February 2, 1948, with Nevada Construction Company, covering construction of approximate­ly 450 feet of cast iron water main from connection with existing water main at north end of Block 25, 14th Street Addition; thence northerly through Block 26 to an end at the north end of said Block 26, Las Vegas, Nevada, to serve D. B. Woody, Subdivider; considera­tion $562.50; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: W.O. #590, issued Dec. 31, 1947; Yermo, Calif.; retirement of Lots 5 and 6 , Blk. 2, Tract 1997, sold to Yermo Post No. 797, American Legion, per deed Audit No. L.S. 4913. Credit Real Estate Sold (Unimproved Real Estate-California), $4; Sale price of land, $600; Creditable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate, $596; Estimated cost of removal of property retired charge­able to Debit to Profit on Sales of Real Estate, $2. Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President in approving the aforementioned A. F, E. Request, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
