On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Guild and Assistant Secretary Bachman on behalf of this Company in execut­ing L.S. Deed Audit No. 4951, dated April 2 3 , 1943, favor Albert E. Kimble and Lucy V. Kimble, husband and wife, conveying Lots 11 and 12, Block 2 5 , Clark's Las Vegas Townsite, Las Vegas, Nevada, together with four-room house thereon, known as 621 South Third Street, and all aoourtenances thereunto belonging; subject to; 1 - Taxes and assessments levied on or assessed against said property subsequent to the year 1947; 2 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations, ease­ments and encumbrances of record; excepting and reserving to LVL&WCo. all coal, oil and other miner­als, including oil and natural gas, and right to remove same, but without right of entry; consideration $10.00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Requests, approved by the President, were submitted for ratification; A.F.E. No. 6 (W.O. #593), issued April 22, 1948; Las Vegas, Nevada; drill one 12" water well and install 20 HP submersible pump on Las Vegas Ranch property. Total estimated expenditure, $12,000, chargeable to In­vestment in Unimproved Real Estate-Nevada. A.F.E. No. 7 (W.O. #599). i s s u e d April 27, 1948; Las Vegas, Nev.; construct 2200 ft. of 6" cast iron water pipe line in Westwood Park Tract and extending southerly from connection with 24" water main in Charleston Blvd. at Rose Street, Total estimated ex­penditure, $7,020, chargeable to Investment in Water System-Las Vegas, Nevada. _ 4-
