amending lease Audit Ho. 10250 (dated September 1, 19*0. expiring August 3 1 , 1953), in favor of said Lessees, covering this Company's Las Vegas Ranch, Las Vegas, Nevada, to cover withdrawal therefrom, effective February 1, 19^2> without rental reduction, of. 1 - S3.5 acres of land sold to City of Las Vegas, for sever plant site, per L.S. Deed Audit No. 4923; 2 _ 10.73^ acres sold to Las Vegas, Nevada B.P.O. Elks No. 1463, per L.S. Deed Audit No. U9 3 I; and 3 - Grant to City of Las Vegas of an easement over a JiO—ft. strip along northerly boundary of said Ranch for roadway pur-* poses, per L.S. Contract Audit No. 4949; said lease agreement Audit No. 10250, as amended, covering an area of approximately 541 acres, to remain in full force and effect; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing on behalf' of this Company deed, dated April 24, 1948, conveying to Sears, Roebuck and Co. a parcel of land, containing 35,423 sq. ft., located on North Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, together with 100 ft. of spur track located on said parcel; subject to: 1 - Taxes and assessments levied on or assessed against said land subsequent to the year 1947; 2 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; excepting and reserving unto LVL&WCo. all minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry, and reserving trackage right of way across said parcel;
