RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider, C.L.D. No. 8838, dated September 29, 1948, extending to October 14, 1949, term of agreement Audit No. 10260, dated August 20, 1943, expiring October 14, 1948, with California Walnut Growers Association, covering lease of Vegetable Shed No. 4, located on East Seventh Street, Los Angeles, Calif., to be used for the storage of walnuts; rental $150.00 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by either party upon 30 days1 written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt on behalf of this Company in executing rider, C.L.D. No. 8837, dated October 2, 1948, extending to October 31, 1950, term of lease agreement Audit No. 10385, with Gebco Manufacturing Co,, Inc., dated November 1, 1946, expiring October 31, 1948, covering site at East Yard, Los Angeles, Calif., for the handling of pig iron, coke and sand; rental $7.50 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by either party upon thirty days’ written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, It was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt on behalf of this Company in executing agreement C.L.D. No. 8855, dated October 18, 1948, with Barber-Bridge Drilling Corp., Ltd., covering the drilling and completion of ofte 16-inch water well, located upon this Company’s Las Vegas Ranch, said well to be -7-
