On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing L. S. Deed Audit No. 4 9 6 9 , dated August 2 3 , 1943, conveying to COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO, a body corporate and politic and a political subdivision of the State of California, for the exoress use and benefit of the Yermo County Fire Protection District of San Bernardino County, Lot 1, Block 3* Tract No. 2343, Yermo, California, as site for fire engine house; subject to: 1. All taxes1', general and special, for the fiscal year 19 4 3 -191+9 , including any special district levies, payment for which is includod therein and collected therewith; 2. Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; 3 . An easement for highway purposes across the northerly 20 feet of said lot as granted to the State of California by deed recorded in Book 5 6 5 , Page 153, Official Records of San Bernardino County, Calif.; and 4.
