    Secretary Bachman in executing grant deed, LVL&WCo. L.S. Deed Audit No. 4953, dated April 19, 1948, conveying to F. F. Garside and A. E. Cahlan, co-oartners, a parcel of land, containing an area of 35,106 sq. ft., located on Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, together with that portion of existing spur track located thereon, reserving an easement to LVL&WCo. over the portion of said land lying 10 ft. on each side of center line of said spur track, for operation for railroad purposes over said spur track; subject to: 1 - Taxes and assessments levied on or assessed against said land subsequent to the year 1947; 2 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; excepting and reserving unto LVL&WCo. all minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable considera­tion; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Asst, Secretary Bachman on behalf of this Company in executing LVL&WCo. L. S. Deed Audit No. 4976, dated August 21, 1948, conveying to Orange County Valencia Association those portions of Lots 4 and 5 in Block D of Helmann and Sorensen’s Addition Building Lots, Anaheim, Calif., described as a whole as: that portion of the westerly 7$ *92 feet of the easterly 1 5 1 . 9 2 feet of said Block D lying northerly of the southerly 253*0 feet of said Block D; subject to: 1 - General and special taxes for the fiscal year 1948-1949; 2 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; V -5-
