% On motion duly seconded, W. H. Johnson was elected to office of Secretary. On motion duly seconded, C. B. Matthai was elected to office of Assistant Secretary. On motion duly seconded, L. J. Bachman was elected to office of Assistant Secretary. On motion duly seconded, L. J. Tracy was elected to office of Controller. On motion duly seconded, R. Wipprecht was elected to office of Auditor. On motion duly seconded, Scott Lord was elected to office of Treasurer. Election of an Executive Committee being next in order, on motion duly seconded, Wm. Reinhardt as Chairman, E. E. Bennett and W. T. Price were elected members of the Executive Committee. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President on behalf of this Company in executing agreement C. A. No. 10*148, dated January 1, 194-8, with The United States of America Public Housing Administra­tion, covering the furnishing of water to occupants of Kelso Turner Terrace Housing Project (Government No. NEV-26021), consisting of 125 dwelling units, and Kelso Turner Terrace Addition Housing Project (Government No. NEV-26029), consisting of 164- dwelling units, together with management and maintenance buildings (includ­ing Administration Building and Recreation Building-Nursery), located at Las Vegas, Nevada; delivery of water to commence on January 1, 194-8, and continue until Water Company is notified by -2-
