On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing LVL&WCo. L. S. Deed Audit No. 4989, dated November 17, 1948, conveying to Murray B. Marsh Company, Inc. Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 in Tract No. 8337, located at East Yard, Los Angeles, Calif.; subject to; 1 - General and special taxes; 2 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of record; excepting and reserving unto LVL&WCo. all minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; consideration $>10’.00 and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement "N"L.D. 2128, dated November 29, 1948, between LVL&WCo., called "Company", and Mastercraft Homes, Inc., called "Subdivider", providing; 1 - Subdivider to pay to Company $1,880, estimated cost of approximately 500 ft. of 6" cast iron water main, to serve a portion of Charleston Square Tract #2, Las Vegas, Nevada; -5
