    WHEREAS., by deed Audit No. 4583, dated September 16, 1943, LVL&WCo. conveyed to the same grantees 1.74 acres of land, located near North Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, likewise re­serving to Grantor, among other things, an easement for the flow of the waters of Las Vegas Creek along its natural course across said land; and WHEREAS, LVL&WCo. desires to release and extinguish each of said easements reserved as provided in said deeds: •THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the action of President and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing "Abandonment and Release of Easement" (LVL&W LS Deed Audit No. 4988, dated November 23, 1948), abandoning all claim by LVL&WCo. of an easement for the flow of said waters as reserved in each of aforesaid conveyances, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing lease agreement Audit No. 10473, dated December 1, 1948, with W. F. Randolph and Paul R. Robinson, doing business as Bob Robinson Company, Lessee, covering site at Signal Hill, California, to be used for storage of second-hand oil field equipment; rental $100 per annum, payable semi-annually in ad­vance; subject to termination by either party on thirty days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement C. A. Ho. 10474, dated * 3-
