1 - Subdivider to pay to Company $3,520, estimated cost of approximately 1,030 ft. of 6” cast iron water main to serve Block 1, Tract 5 of Boulder Dam Homesite Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2 - Company to refund to Subdivider 50$ of monthly revenue received by it from customers in said Blk. 1 taking water from said main for period of ten years from date of completion of said installation, or until Subdivider has been repaid actual cost of said line; 3 - Company to own said water main; 4 - Subdivider to furnish necessary easements where said water main is to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider CLD No. 10127, dated May 24, 1949, extending to May 31, 1954, term of lease agreement Audit No. 10290 (dated June 9, 1944, and expiring May 31, 1949), between LVL&WCo., Lessor, and Wilbur-Ellis Company, Lessee, covering site at Mission Road and Macy Street, Los Angeles, Calif., to be used for the handling of grain; rental $30.00 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by either party upon 30 days’ written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Requests, approved by the President, were submitted for ratification; W. 0. #620, issued May 11, 1949; Las Vegas, Nev.; replace -|-ton Chevrolet pick-up truck with International 3/4-ton truck. Total estimated expenditure, $1,890, chargeable to Investment, less credit to Investment, $894; additional amount chargeable to Investment, $996. 9-
