\ and Myers Streets, Los Angeles, Calif.; rental $380.92 per month, plus any additional rental required under the provisions of said lease; subject to termination by either party on thirty days' notice; Lessor agreeing to carry fire and extended coverage insurance in sufficient amount to cover the insurable value of the building, and Lessee agreeing to pay to Lessor the premium on such insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement C. A. No. 10488, dated December 16, 1948, between LVL&WGo., called ^Company”, and Waale, Camplan & Tiberti, Inc., called nSubdividerft, providing: 1 - Subdivider at its expense to furnish necessary materials and labor and to construct 3,800 lin. ft. of 10'* and 12H water mains, at estimated cost of $22,410, to connect water system within Bonanza Village Tract, Las Vegas, Nevada, with pipe line to be constructed by Company incident to Company furnishing water to said Bonanza Village Tract; 2 - Company to construct or cause to be constructed certain water main and pumping facilities to connect said mains constructed by Subdivider with existing water mains of Company; 3 - Subdivider to furnish Company bill-of-sale conveying to Company existing water mains within Bonanza Village Tract and said 3800-ft. extension; 4 - Subdivider to furnish necessary easements where said water mains are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; 5 - Company to refund to Subdivider 50$ of monthly revenue received from consumers located within Bonanza Village Tract taking water for domestic purposes from said water mains within Bonanza Village Tract for period of ten years from date said water mains and pumping plant facilities to be constructed by Company are turned over for -2
