On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing consent to assignment (C.L.D. No. 10087, dated April 25, 1949, by J. M. Robertson, J. B. Kitt and L. L. Ben-dinger, doing business as Signal Pipe Line Construction Company, Assignor, to Signal Pipe Line Corp., Assignee, of lease agree­ment Audit No. 10377, dated October 10, 1946, expiring October 15, 1949, between this Company and J. M. Robertson, J. B. Kitt and L. L. Bendinger, doing business as Signal Pipe Line Con­struction Company, covering lease of land for warehouse and storage purposes, located at Signal Hill, Calif.; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing lease agreement C.L.D. No. 10158, dated July 1, 1949, with Walter S. Olsen, covering portion of Lots 8, 9, 11 and 12, Block 3, Tract 2348, Yermo, California, for term begin­ning July 1, 1949, and extending to July 1, 1950; rental $75.00 per annum, payable annually in advance; subject to termination by either party upon thirty days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement WNWL.D. 2275, dated July -3-
