    3 - Company to own said water mains; 4 - Subdivider to furnish necessary easements where said water mains are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter agreement C. A. No. 10508, dated July 8, 1949, with Nevada Construction Company, covering the construction and laying of approximately 2530 ft. of cast iron water mains to serve a portion of Charleston Square Tract No. 2, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $3,162.50, plus actual cost of premium on Surety Bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing LVL&W LS Deed Audit No* 5028 (LA&SL LP Deed Audit No. 5034), dated July 16, 1949, conveying unto Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company Lot A, Tract No. 8337, together with spur track thereon, East Los Angeles, Calif.; subject to: 1 ~ Taxes for fiscal year 1949-1950; 2 - An easement for a storm water catch basin over the southerly 20 feet of said Lot granted to the City of Los Angeles; 3 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, the following resolution was unanimously adopted:
