X Secretary Bachman on behalf of this Company in executing LVL&W Land Sold Deed Audit No. 5041, dated September 22, 1949, between Santa Pe Land Improvement Company and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, first parties, and Louie Molduf and Anita Molduf, husband and wife, second parties, conveying to said second parties premises located on east side of Alameda Street, between Commercial and Ducommun Streets, Los Angeles, Calif.; subject to: 1. Taxes for fiscal year 1949-50; 2. Conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of record; excepting and reserving unto first parties all minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; consideration $10 and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and conf irme d . On motion duly seconded, the following resolution was unanimously adopted; WHEREAS, under Agreement Audit No. 10232, dated March 1, 1943, this Company leased to Wilbur-Ellis Company for term of one year from March 1, 1943, certain premises of the Lessor, near Mission Road and Elliott Street, Los Angeles, Calif., for use by Lessee for storage of fertilizer, the term of which lease was extended by rider C.L.D.
