I agree.s Regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors of Las Vegas Land and Water Company was held in the Company’s principal office in the Union Pacific Building, 422 West Sixth Street, Los Angeles, California, at 11:00 A. M., Tuesday, March 14, 1950. Present; Wm, Reinhardt E. E. Bennett W. T. Price A. C. Ritter Absent: A. E. Stoddard A. M. Polger Vice President Reinhardt called the meeting to order and presided. Minutes of meeting of Board of Directors, held February 14, 1950, were read and approved. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt on behalf of this Company in executing .letter-agreement HNr,L.D. 2357, dated February 1, 1950, with Nevada Construction Company, covering the construction and laying of approximately 1660 ft. of 6” cast iron water main to serve Blocks 3 and 4, Church Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada! consideration $2,075.00, plus actual cost of premium on surety bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
