    Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $1675, plus actual cost of premium on Surety Bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing Agreement ”N ”L.D. 2409, dated October 3, 1950, between LVL&WCo., called ’’Company”, and Southridge Develop­ment Company, called ’’Subdivider”, providing: 1 - Subdivider to pay to Company $4765, estimated cost of approximately 1340 ft. of 6” and 8” cast iron water main to serve the South Half of Block 2 and the North Half of Block 3, South­ridge Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2 - Company to refund to Subdivider 50$ of monthly revenue received by it from customers in said South Half of Block 2 and North Half of Block 3 taking water from said water main, for period of ten years from the date of the completion of said installation, or until Subdivider has been repaid the actual cost of said line; 3 - Company to own said water main; 4 - Subdivider to furnish Company necessary ease­ments where said water main is to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: A. Fo E. No. 16 (W. 0. #649), Issued Aug. 31, 1950; Las Vegas, Nev.; construct 1,340 ft. of cast iron water main, including 3 fire hydrants, consisting of 300 ft. of 8” water main in Tenth St. with connections at Howard and Hassett Sts., and 1,040 ft. of 6” water main in Hasset-t between Tenth and Eleventh Sts. Total estimated expenditure, $4,330, chargeable to Investment in Water System-Las Vegas, Nevada. Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President in approving the
