On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter-agreement ,,NnL.D. 2414, dated November 6, 1950, with Nevada Construction Company, covering construction and laying of approximately 1030 ft. of cast iron water main to serve Block 1, Tract 5, Boulder Dam Homesite Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $1,030, plus actual cost of premium on surety bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing lease agreement Audit No. 10562, dated November 8, 1950, with Paul R. Robinson, an individual doing business as Bob Robinson Company, Lessee, covering site at Signal Hill, Calif., to be used for storage of second hand oil field equipment, for term beginning on the first day of November, 1950, and extending to the first day of May, 1951; rental $50 for the term, payable in advance; subject to termination by either party upon 30 days' written notice; said lease providing for the termination as of November 1, 1950, of agreement Audit No. 10473, dated December 1, 1948, between this Company and W.
